Compulsory consultation meeting -
Before any walking or pet care can commence, the appropriate application forms must be completed and a consultation meeting will take place via call or outdoors
Pets should have relevant & up to date vaccinations. Photographs of the supporting documents will need to be provided.
Signing of documents will be required before any services can commence.
During walks & dog adventures -
During all walks the walker is prepared with a GPS tracker, emergency contact, first aid kit and canine first aid training. The walker always has waste bags, spare lead and water with a dog bowl on hand. The walker is always fully insured.
On dog walks where your dog gets very muddy, best efforts will be made to return dogs mud free & towel dried. Please ensure you always leave accessible & clean dog towels for use.
The walker has the right to refuse, change or cancel agreements at any time. This will usually be due to safety or behaviour issues. All walks and activities are constantly risk assessed by the walker. Waggly Trails reserves the right to change or cancel any activities if any danger or risk is presented.
On days where adverse weather conditions prevent booked dog adventures, standard dog walks will be provided in place and the difference refunded.
Cancellation Policy -
Bookings can be cancelled with full refund up until 48 hours of the booked service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a service will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless the booking is then filled. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no shows will not receive a refund.
Payments -
Payments are required to secure all bookings. Payments must be received within 48 hours of a booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled to be refilled. Payments are taken via bank transfer from an invoice via email. If extra hours or care is provided during a booking, an invoice will be sent to be paid immediately.
